This is where you can purchase tickets for the 16th Harley-Davidson Open Road Fest.
Payment shall be made using bank cards, on the portal of SixPay.

Cards acceptable for payment: VISA Classic, VISA Electron, Eurocard/MasterCard.

If you have not visited here before, please read carefully our information on the terms of purchase.

Ticket collection

If payment was successful, you will receive a confirmation notice containing your details, the ticket purchased and the control bar code. You can collect your ticket using the printed confirmation notice at the festival location.

Please note that the bar code included in documents serves for identification. Wrist strips may be collected by the person who first presents the document the code of which is stored in the security system for identification purposes. Therefore, please make sure you do not misplace your voucher and no unauthorised person may access your order.

Unfortunately, we are unable to replace tickets lost or redeem tickets. Concerts will be held even in case of rain, there will be no raincheck.
If a programme that was announced and already paid for is cancelled the organiser will return the price of tickets. It will publish detailed information on its web page.

Terms of purchase

Payment through the Internet is available only for registered visitors. If you are not registered, you need to complete a registration form with the following:

Fammilyname and surname
E-mail address
Phone number

In case you need an invoice:

Name to be shown on the invoice
Address to be shown on the invoice

After completing the registration form, you will be sent a welcoming message to your e-mail address, which will contain the activation code as well.
Once a registered customer, you will be able to modify your details and to give new orders. In case of making an order, you will be redirected to the bank’s web page where you can make payment through a secured connection.
Payment can be made in HUF or EUR.
In the system is also possible to purchase without registering.
Payment by bank card is comfortable and secure. Once you selected your tickets, you will be redirected to the web page of Kereskedelmi és Hitelbank Rt. where you can make payment by conducting a transaction with state-of-the-art 128-bit SSL standard encryption. You will be prompted for the number and expiry of your bank card and the 3-digit check code included on the card, for launching the payment transaction. Open Road Fest’s system has no access to and will not store the data contained in your bank card.
In case of a successful transaction the bank will send us a confirmation notice based on which you will be entitled to collect your tickets.
The ticket you purchase may be used only for the International Harley-Davidson Festival of the given year. The ticket does not entitle you to other discounts. We are unable to compensate you in case your ticket gets lost.
Cancel purchase
We are unable to return the price of tickets already sold, unless the programme is cancelled due to some circumstance outside our control. The information on this can be found on the back of the ticket and in the confirmation notice.

Complaints may be made personally, by phone, fax, letter or e-mail. If your complaint is justified, you will be indemnified. However, the maximum amount of indemnity may not exceed the value of purchase.

Legal disclaimer

Protection of personal data made available to us and the granting of autonomy rights are paramount to us. Therefore, we make every effort to comply with legislation in force.

Upon request, we will be happy to provide detailed information on the purpose and method of handling data and the nature and duration of related activities.

You will be notified by e-mail at the address specified by you in advance about any changes in the principles and practice of data handling so that you can decide whether you consent to the change under the new circumstances.

Data security policy

Registered customers consent that we will handle and store their data.
Our web page stores data only temporarily in cookies on both the client and the server side. Data are of a technical nature and contain no personal data (name, password). If you leave our web page or exit the browser, the stored data will be deleted.

The password provided by you will be stored after encryption that cannot be decoded by simple instruments. If you forgot your password and are unable to log into the system, we can send you a new password only to the e-mail address specified by you. The password thus sent will entitle you to log in only once and you will need to change it on logging in.

We shall not be held liable for using data collected from the web pages of related partners.

The web page is owned and operated by H-Budapest Ltd.
We will treat confidentially all data collected and stored by us in compliance with legislation in force, will not publish or disclose such data to third parties (except for the cases defined by law).

We will take the measures that provide appropriate security as regards organisation and technology but shall not be held liable for any damage to, destruction of or unauthorised access to data in the event of a technological failure, natural disaster, act of terrorism or crime.

User data may be seen exclusively by Open Road Fest’s users authorised to do so. Data recorded during registration shall be stored and used solely for the purpose of performing contractual tasks (purchases) and distribution of newsletters.

Copyrights to the contents of the Open Road Fest portal shall belong to H-Budapest Ltd. unless otherwise specified by the given specific document or otherwise noted in connection with copyrights. In such cases, actions shall be governed by such copyright.

Placement of links
The editors of the Open Road Fest portal will be pleased to accept links pointing to the portal placed on other web pages. No permission is required in such cases, it shall be sufficient to notify customer service (We will object to and propose the elimination of any links place in an unworthy context!)

No permission is required for citations. However, citations must comply with the provisions of applicable legislation*. In case of any citations, please point to the relevant page of the portal by indicating the source (include a link). Second publications of articles (literal publication) require permission. Articles contained in the Open Road Fest portal that are based on news agency sources may not be published.

Use of images
The images included in the Open Road Fest portal are protected by copyrights and their use is subject to permission. Images placed on the Open Road Fest portal may not be saved and used for commercial purposes without prior permission.

The contents of the Open Road Fest portal may not be saved in any data base, whether open or restricted.
The contents of the Open Road Fest portal may not be used for commercial purposes or otherwise distributed.
