Change of tunes from breaking rock to the fleet pub music

Irish roguery and rockabilly will sneak into the festival and these two will make dance even the last rows. Firkin, the Paddy & The Rats and last but not least the Mystery Gang will perform.

On the 7th of June Firkin will close the second day of the festival by performing in the Pop-Rock Arena. In Hungary almost everyone knows them as they play they cheerful songs since 2008 by wounding their way into people hears. We do not have anything else to do just grab a beer and enjoy their music.

The Paddy & The Rats may sound for many familiar, as the group exists for about four years. The bang mixed the pub music from different nations with punk style and this unique sound makes them who they are. Their concert’s belonging is alcohol that they poeticized in more of their songs. The Paddy & The Rats will be seen on Friday on the 8th of June from 5.30 pm on the festival.

Rockabilly is not unknown for the Hungarian audience, as it is present here in Hungary as well since the 60’s. Nowadays Mystery Gang is one of the most famous rockabilly groups. They have played on more than 1500 converts, and they are well recognized from Europe to America. They will perform on the festival on the 8th of June from 11.30. So let’s prepare the spotted skirt and dance shoes, as we will definitely need them!

Tribute bands will bring back the old stars!

Who does not love Guns N’ Roses, AC/DC or the Kiss? Everyone, who grew up listening to their songs know, that rock music was formed by these groups. The tribute bands bring back the good old feeling and deliver for us on the festival. AB/CD, Hollywood Rose and Kiss Forever will perform in the Pop-Rock Arena.

AB/CD has been together for 8 years by playing the best hits of AC/DC with an undiminished reputation. They will play on the second day of the Festival from 11.30 pm.

On the fourth day of the Festival two other tribute bands will show up in the Pop-Rock Arena. One of them, the Hollywood Rose tore into Hungarian rock life by remaking Guns N’ Roses hits. They will play from 4 pm. The other group, Kiss Forever Band standing to it’s name brings us Kiss’s ever living best of songs on the fourth day of the Festival, 9^th of June, from 11.30 pm.

Gyula Deák Bill, the King of blues

More than 40 years career which is far not close to it’s end

Kőbánya, blues, Fradi, girl with a tattoo. It is enough just to say these words and everyone knows whom we are talking about. Not other, than Gyula Deák Bill, one of the biggest characters of Hungarian blues life.

On the 15th of March this year Gyula Deák Bill has received the Knight’s cross as a sign of recognition of his achievements during his career as a musician. Once Chuck Berry said from the old roaster Deák Bill that „he is the white singer with the most black tone I have ever listened to”. This saying is an ornament proof of that Deák Bill does what he does the best. He will perform on the 7th of June from 7 pm.
